As Zoom Leisure Bikes was streamlining operations to gear up for growth as a leading seasonal tourism operator, they needed a digital presence that could support their momentum without losing their charm.
Mired in a web of service offerings and separate websites, Zoom needed a single source of truth for all things marketing and customer service. We delivered a unified website that fluidly combined their traditional bike rentals with the region’s first self-serve bike share program. A carefully rebuilt architecture improved the clarity of offerings, protected existing search equity, and positioned Zoom as a modern and scalable player in Niagara’s outdoor tourism ecosystem. Seamless design and smarter code set a smoother ride for customers, staff, and search engines alike.
The design captures the brand’s personality: vibrant, energetic, and easy to navigate. The technical build reflects serious under-the-hood discipline. We engineered a lightweight, responsive frontend paired with a custom ExpressionEngine CMS tuned for day-to-day usability. The codebase is clean, modular, and, as always, free of bloat. It ensures high performance even during peak seasonal demand and supports staff with simple, reliable content management.
