But their branding and online presence didn't reflect its status as a leading player in the ecommerce shipping arena. We made it our mission to get to know Intuitive’s customers and what motivates them. Shipping is a notoriously complicated aspect of ecommerce, but the Intuitive customer relations team is renowned for turning anxious feelings into 'aha' moments. This service expertise, combined with a state-of-the-art product, aligned perfectly with their Magician and Hero brand archetypes, magically saving their customers’ day and giving us the direction we needed to refresh their look and reimagine their message.
With their ideal client in mind, we crafted a brand that is confident and friendly, with a dash of perky. The personality that shone through perfectly reflected Intuitive Shipping's commitment to five-star customer care.
